I’m now seriously considering putting a tv in the kitchen for the kids as the only music time I’m getting lately is when they’ve gone to bed, then I can’t play it too loud.

Thanks Alastair,

I actually finished them 2 or 3 months ago, but have been busy sanding, insulating around and varnishing the windows of our house. A tedious job, I’m just about finished the front of the house. The back will probably have to wait until next year as it’s getting too cold to varnish outside now.

There’s a big house just beside us that has out-buildings, I’m half tempted to ask the owner if he has an empty building I could use and leave tools set up in as it would make life so much easier than working outside and packing up tools each time.

I still plan to replace to fireplace in the not too distant future and build new sub boxes.
