Mev,
I feel 50s are the right size for my small room but otherwise I'd jump at the chance!

Good luck, Darren

I do hope to take my EL 150As with me but right now I don't have a clue as to what sort of flat/house I will live in. And, as such I don't know how practical and meaningful it would be to keep my EL 150s.
This is probably a long shot but if I do get a reasonable offer then I may very well consider selling my EL 150As! I could also sell the C6CA too.

Those who maybe interested in considering owning these wonderful speakers can PM me.

All the best!

Hi Mev

Good luck with the move and the speaker sale, although I hope you can keep them as I'm sure they are irreplaceable.

Cheers

Many thanks for the good wishes Matt, much appreciated!
I certainly want to keep them if I can get them transported safely :)

Audiogon might be a good place to list. Many users here are into the great ATC sound. Audiogon users are more interested in aesthetic looking speakers and gear - and the EL150's from ATC are definitely up there with some of the best looking high end speakers on the planet!

Indeed, the EL 150s are some of the best looking and awesome sounding speakers on the planet and beyond :D

Thanks for the tip Shadorne, much appreciated.
If I really decide to sell them then I will try Audiogon.

Hi All,

Hope all is well and you're enjoying listening to music on your systems! :)
Unfortunately, I have been without my system since May 2015!

But the good news is I'm back in the UK as can be seen from my post on LinkedIn below!
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/london-c ... =prof-post

Even better news is that my EL150s have been recently delivered to the ATC factory, the speakers should get the ATC tweeter treatment soon.
I'm renting a small flat but don't care, we'll manage somehow! :)

I'm hoping to visit the ATC factory before the speakers are delivered, hopefully I will post my impressions with some pics afterwards!
Watch this space!

All the best and happy listening. :)

Hi Mev, would appreciate greatly if you could ask ATC about the tweeter upgrade (cost and process). Thanx!

Dear All,

I must tell you that my visit to the ATC factory was just amazing, I had a great time!
Ben Lilly was just fantastic, showing me around the factory, going through all the changes over the years and the process of building the most amazing drivers and, of course, the speakers and electronics. And I also had a chance to see the wonderful tweeter build process! :)
I'd visited this wonderful company 18 years ago and it was so wonderful to see that they are going from strength to strength.

It was also such a fantastic bonus to see the man himself, Bill Woodman! We chatted quite a bit and it was absolutely brilliant to hear him describe the sound of ATC as effortless. That's exactly how I describe them in one word, regardless of what music and volume you're playing, the ATC just sounds so effortless!

Of course, it was wonderful to see my beloved EL 150s after almost 18 months!
They looked even more gorgeous with the new ATC tweeter and sounded even better than before! They will be delivered to me towards the end of next week, can't wait!

Tweeter Upgrade: Ben Lilly told me that they will post the info on their website soon about the upgrade process and pricing!

I've upload about 61 photos and a couple of videos to Flickr, I will give you the link to the album so you can check them out at your leisure!

A few photos will follow here shortly.

Best wishes and happy listening to everyone!

Mev
