My system

Postby tw99 » Sun Oct 14, 2012 10:38 am

A few of you will have already seen this over on PFM, but putting it here for completeness.

I just acquired a new pair of SCM40s to replace my previous Dynaudio Contours. The system is a Squeezebox Touch which has pretty much taken over from the CD3.5 as the main source, and Naim 82/250 with a couple of HiCaps.

Do you have the tv running through the speakers too?

Cheers

It's wired up, so we can do that when needed.

Very good. Well worth it.
I have my Tv through the system, and it's nice not to have to listen to a distorted tv sound :D

Just fixed the photos so they are not cut in half... Hadn't realised there was a width restriction.

Looks great! But more importantly - how does it sound?

Glad you are enjoying the speakers, I used to drive mine with a Nait XS but the wife used to crank things up so loud I could hear it was struggling

Mine also get used for TV duty, great way to get some hours on them when new.
