Why are these advertising idiots constantly wasting their time signing up to this forum to advertise their crap?

I remember when I was out of work last year I looked into ways of making money online.
These people signing up and posting links are on commission for the number of hits their posted links get as far as I know.

It's something which we cannot fully get rid off.
I know by administering this forum i have mild signature advertising but this helps offset the cost of one of my servers that this forum is running on.
