Postby benny39 » Wed Sep 07, 2011 11:21 pm

Downloaded bit perfect from iTunes only £2.99 but it's no use just causes iTunes to stutter & stammer unplayable so I disabled it...maybe it's me doing something wrong? anyone any ideas :)
Cheers

You should try emailing the developers, search other forums for similar problems.
It's probably best to pay a bit more and get the more established software like Pure Music.

You should try and get the benefif of Bitperfect and also don't forget your Zodiac Gold supports up to 384Hz via USB on MACs, I have heard a few tracks in this resolution and it's amazing!

I am also considering getting a MAC myself :)

Good luck.

Thanks AndyU & Mev, you are write Mev about paying more & i don't mind at all As Long As i get it to work, i Mentioned earlier that i Kind of tried puremusic but i was slightly baffled with the user Interface, i think i may bite the bullet & go for Amarra but I think I will try the trial version of Puremusic once more if it will let me, you won't regret it with a MAC I think they're great.
Thanks again ;)

You can download it free for a month - it has many superb features. Very easy to get bit perfect playback, and it copes with hi-res files - you can even, if you in a real audiophile mood, get it to playback from memory so there's no disc activity. Does lots of things that iTunes can't.
