C4 sub against a monolith?

Postby Topmetom » Sun Feb 12, 2012 9:21 am

Hey guys,

Like most of you I spotted the c4 over ont bay [url]http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ATC-C4-12-SUBWOOFER-/140701667652?pt=UK_AudioElectronicsVideo_Video_TelevisionSetTopBoxes&hash=item20c2791144#ht_500wt_1204/url]

Got me to thinking...as I have a Monolith already would there be any point maybe selling said sub for a c4???

I find it hard to find a lot out about the c4, anyone got any decent links?

Hi Topmetom

Here's a review of the Monolith http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/ ... th-df.html

The ATC is a sealed design, so i would expect it to have a cleaner, tighter output, and less distortion due to the use of the SL bass driver.
Here's some info, but mainly in Russian http://studio-hifi.com/review.php?selected=3&lang=en

Cheers
